Inspector Nation is a national professional organization and North Carolina's State Organization for Home Inspectors.
We bring home inspection professionals together for progressive education, training, and support with the common goal of providing consumer protection through inspection services. Inspector Nation has been active in providing training and support to the home inspection community for over 20 years. We help home inspectors stay informed with everything happening in our industry through inspection & code support, board representation, national certifications, professional training, and client support.
Inspector Nation Certified Home Inspectors
Inspector Nation is dedicated to ensuring the home inspector is trained to see a home differently, so that all parties involved can gain new insight into their home. Our inspectors are trained with deliberate and uniform procedures to make each home inspection predictable and each report delivered held to a greater standard of quality. Inspector Nation Advanced Certifications is also the only ISO 17024:2012 Accredited Certification Body in the Home Inspection & Radon Industry in the United States. North Carolina Home Inspector Licensure Board (NCHILB) Representation
As the largest state association for the NCHILB, Inspector Nation & The Home Inspection Training Center are heavily involved in the industry and the community. We have been contracted by the NC Licensing Board (NCHILB) to author the State Mandatory Update Continuing Education course for the past 20 years. We authored the NCHILB Suggested Language Statements (SLS) used by all home inspectors. Inspector Nation submitted 100% of all comments received by the NCHILB during the most recent standards update, with the vast majority of them being implemented into the NCHILB SOP. These changes have since been proven to be very significant in protecting home inspectors. Staff and legal representatives from Inspector Nation attend every NCHILB committee and board meeting.

The Home Inspection Training Center is the only Complete Home Inspection Training School in the state of North Carolina. What does this mean for you?
